Humble Pranam to my mentor Mrs.MeenakshiShivaramakrishnan who was an inspiration and gave an opportunity to absorb the authentic Montessori Philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, that helped me to experience and understand the child as a young adult Preparing for LIFE.

I feel honoured and blessed to switch over from IATA Travel Domain to an Early Childhood Facilitator that too as a Montessori Trained Adult. My journey with children from 2001 till date has made me young and stay connected with young-minds. My experiences working with children made my understanding clear that it is the right age and time (Early Childhood) to facilitate a pinch of FREEDOM; a bundle of OPPORTUNITIES to explore; a sprinkle of INDEPENDENCE with discipline and a big handful of RESPONSIBILITIES.

Children have an amazing way of becoming exactly who we tell them they are; if we tell them they are strong, they become strong; if we tell them they are kind, they become kind; if we tell them they are capable, they become capable. Let us speak LIFE into our children, so that they will have the confidence to follow their own Path in Life.

90% of brain development happens between 0 to 6 years of age, given the opportunities with experiential learning during these important stages of development; the unconscious absorbent mind, the conscious absorbent mind and the logical mind that helps an individual to become a secured, organised and a well-balanced human being.

We at MARGA are more a facilitator and our aim is to follow, observe and discover the inner potentials in each young learner.
